Eurokars Group Indonesia represents some of the world's most prestigious automotive brands. We are looking for a highly capable Accounting Manager to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic business decisions across our luxury brand portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical accounting expertise with commercial awareness and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and closing)
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processes
- Support business units and management with insightful financial data and recommendations
- Lead and develop the accounting team to maintain high performance and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and taxation
- Experience in automotive, retail, or luxury business is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in handling audits and financial reporting
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Leadership capability with good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
