Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Shared Services Jr. Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensuring seamless employee experiences through efficient HR administration, responsive support, and accurate data management.

You will play a key role in handling insurance processes, maintaining HR records, and supporting people analytics to drive better decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with data and processes, and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR services in a dynamic environment.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, including employee data updates, documentation, and HRIS maintenance.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime records through HR systems (Talenta).
  • Handle insurance-related matters such as employee enrollment, claims coordination, and liaison with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Support payroll processing accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reports.
  • Support people analytics by maintaining HR data, generating reports, and providing insights to assist in decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related queries and issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services / HR Operations / Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience using Talenta end-to-end is a must.
  • Proven experiences handling insurance-related administration process
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, attendance management, and HR administration.
  • Familiar with HR data analysis and reporting (Excel proficiency required).
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
