Sales & Marketing Manager

PT Panca Mitra Prima Sejahtera (Watch Club) is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to manage, develop, and optimize watch brand sales through distribution channels (wholesale, dealers, resellers, modern trade) to achieve sales targets, market growth, and brand positioning in accordance with company strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee the achievement of sales targets.

2. Prepare market analysis reports to determine product sales and distribution strategies, including new market opportunities, potential distribution areas, pricing strategies, promotions, and incentive programs for distributors and dealers.

3. Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, and dealers.

4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution partners (sales performance, coverage area, return rate).

5. Ensure product availability and stock levels.

6. Oversee the activities of the brand's service centers.

7. Prepare monthly sales reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution sales, preferably in the watch, fashion, or luxury goods industries.

2. Extensive relationships with distributors, dealers, or retail chains.

3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

4. Understanding of distribution channel and supply chain strategies.

5. Willing to travel on business.
