Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion & Channel Planning
- Develop and implement channel strategies and market expansion plans aligned with annual sales targets and local market dynamics.
- Identify high-potential partners and support the Country Manager in business negotiations.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure effective execution of channel strategies and achievement of the annual business plan.
2. Sales Order Management
- Manage the full sales order process, including contract preparation, execution, and tracking on-time delivery (OTD).
- Support logistics and distributors in customs declaration and clearance to ensure a smooth sales workflow.
3. Market & Channel Development
- Analyze Indonesia&aposs macro environment (PEST analysis) and automotive market trends, including market size, competition, and consumer demand.
- Communicate and enforce the companys channel construction standards, monitor distributor progress, and conduct site inspections.
- Provide feedback and corrective suggestions when needed.
- Prepare market research reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
