We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Miki Reps team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the travel market by identifying opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic plans to increase market share. Collaborate with the Regional Manager on sales quotas and strategies.
- Sales & Marketing: Design and promote company products and services, develop new business opportunities, and execute trade marketing campaigns. Expand our customer base and achieve sales targets through strategic networking and data-driven approaches. Participate in industry workshops and trade shows.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs. Provide prompt problem-solving and complaint handling.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct sales visits and calls to understand client requirements, present tailored product packages, and negotiate deals.
- Reporting: Provide timely reports on sales forecasts, new opportunities, market feedback, and overall sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree graduate in related fields
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Travel industries or DMC with a focus on international travel partners and destinations.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong sales, marketing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and trade landscape.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in relevant software (CRM, sales tracking, presentation).
- Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently.
