As we expand our operations in Indonesia, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales efforts in the region.
Position 1: Sales Manager OEMs, Panel Builders & Retailers
Job Purpose
To support business growth by pursuing sales leads and expanding the customer base while enhancing accounts for OEMs, Panel Builders and retailers. This role involves selling the complete product range, generating new accounts, building a network of Approved Panel Builders, expanding networks, coordinating Head End Monitoring projects and contributing to key presentations across all three segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek and follow up on sales leads; conduct visits to both existing and potential customers to expand the customer base.
- Support the growth of existing OEM, Panel Builder and retailer accounts by meeting sales targets.
- Sell the entire product basket to achieve sales objectives.
- Assist in expanding the dealer network into new regions.
- Coordinate Head End Monitoring projects for product approvals.
- Support and contribute to the delivery of key presentations to OEMs, Panel Builders and retainers.
- Report on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Position 2: Sales Manager Generation Transmission & Distribution
Job Purpose
To support Indonesia Utility business growth by pursuing and following up on sales leads, visiting clients and expanding the customer base. This role involves helping to grow key accounts, sell the full product range and build a strong network while assisting with demand generation, giving presentations and working with teams to secure product approvals and engage with regulators.
Accountabilities:
- Actively pursue and follow up on sales leads to generate new business.
- Understanding of Electrical system and can hold technical discussions.
- Visit current and potential clients to promote and sell the full product range
- Support growth in key accounts and expand the customer base.
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong network.Contribute to demand generation efforts and track results
- Deliver corporate & Technical presentations to clients and stakeholdersollaborate with teams to secure product approvals.
- Engage with regulators to support new strategic products
What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the energy, metering, or electrical sector
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian utility and energy market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia
