Area Sales Manager (Modern Trade)

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth & SKU listing through strategic planning.
• Monitor team performance (daily visits, promo execution, etc.).
• Analyze sales data & generate reports for management.
• Manage trade promotions, operational costs, and asset utilization.
• Improve forecast accuracy & reduce product return.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Min. 2-3 years experience as Area Sales Manager for Modern Trade Channel (FMCG preferred).
• Preferably having experience in handling MT Channel particularly in Jabodetabek area.
• Experience with forecasting, trade promo management & team leadership.
• Proficient in Excel and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in HO Cibitung, Bekasi.
