Job Description

Monroe Consulting is partnering with a well-established medical device distributor to recruit a Sales Manager Hemodialysis. This leadership role will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with hospitals and dialysis centers. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical and commercial stakeholders to deliver effective sales strategies, support product adoption, and ensure long-term business performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales of hemodialysis products (machines, consumables, or related services) to hospitals and dialysis clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including nephrologists, dialysis unit heads, and hospital management.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead and monitor the performance of the hemodialysis sales team, if applicable.
  • Handle tender processes, pricing negotiations, and contract execution.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 38 years of proven sales experience in hemodialysis products (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of hospital sales processes and dialysis operations.
  • Experience managing tenders, procurement, and pricing negotiations.
  • Established network within hospitals and dialysis centers.
  • Results-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills.
