Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kelapa Gading for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving sales growth to achieve company targets. This role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will prepare regular sales reports and work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in identifying new markets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and team management to lead and motivate sales staff effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and provide actionable insights
  • Proven experience in the furniture industry or a related field is highly advantageous
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
