Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malang for an Area Sales Manager at BNI Life. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, leading and managing a team of sales professionals, tracking and analyzing sales performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and mentorship to the sales team, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and mentoring team members
  • Analytical skills for tracking sales performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools, and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and travel within the assigned area as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
