Sales Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Determining & directing effective sales strategy to be implemented by analyzing market, customer data & competitor development analysis.
• Building good partnership with principal to assure alignment strategy with principal strategy in retail.
• Reviewing & analyzing related to sales strategy to increase effectiveness & productivity from all sales team.
• Assuring P&L aligned by planning evaluation, optimize sales business process to be effective & productive.
• Cooperating with Channel Development team to develop new store opening strategy.
• Assuring store development target & timeline are aligned.
• Monitoring improvement project to assure maximize growth included smart retail.
• Executing planning & budgeting regularly to monitor business performance
• Assuring stock forecasting & analysis to be executed aligned with policy and responsible for problem solving
• Creating strategic promotion program
• Working together with Marketing team to develop & boost program & regional promotion to increase sales
• Identifying key opportunities & action implementation to minimize excess operational cost by improving operation retail process
• Assuring partnership operation to be aligned with company policies
• Involve directly communicating the company strategy & target to investor
• Assuring daily store opening & closing aligned with SOP & assuring inventory checking aligned.
• Assuring store giving the best service to all customers
• Assuring development program from HC team
• Preparing successor in each position
• Conducting evaluation to strength and development of each subordinate
• Conducting monitoring & audit regularly to assure compliance to regulation & policy

Job Requirements :

• Experienced 15-18 year working experience in the same role.
• Strong communication in English verbal & written.
• Strong exposure in data analysis & data management with excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot).
• Strategic thinker, good communication skill, risk taker, and good problem solver.
• Experienced in retail industry is a must
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta Office (Full WFO)
• Willing to travel
