Position Overview
We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in project-based industrial equipment sales. You'll develop sales strategies, manage key accounts through complex tender processes, and lead multi-month project cycles from opportunity identification to delivery. Experience with large-scale industrial projects and technical solution selling is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand revenue and margins in the industrial machinery division
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped industrial markets
- Lead complex, project-based sales cycles from initial engagement through multi-month project execution
- Provide technical consultation and solution design to meet client custom industrial equipment requirements
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations to demonstrate capabilities and competitive advantages
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations with accurate specifications and pricing
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive sustainable growth
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis to senior management
- Support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B technical project-based sales
- Willing to travel within Indonesia for client visits

Work Environment & Location
- Based in Jakarta; visits to Bandung factory as needed
- Reports to General Manager of Sales. Manages a team of 4 people.
- 40-hour work week, no overtime
