About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our business-to-business (B2B) sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, key account management, and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and sales performance.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
