Job Description

This is a sales position that focuses on opening up new markets and hunting direct customers. The candidate is expected to perform the full suite of sales processes to maximize sales in the assigned region, as well as assisting his direct superior to establish new sales channels for market coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing campaigns
  • Prospect new customers and explore new markets
  • Build rapport and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers.
  • Responsible for gathering project details for internal staff to work on sizing and offers.
  • The Sales Manager not responsible for churning out the offers but is responsible for its accuracy and progression until the stage of order fulfilment.
  • Maintain a strong and healthy pipeline in CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Establish himself as the main contact window

Requirements:

  • This is a hunting role and the candidate is expected to pro-actively travel to cover Vietnam market.
  • At least 3 years sales experience into Food or Pharmaceutical
  • Preferably on machinery sales
  • Well verse in sales process and pipeline management
  • Pleasant & able to communicate with co-workers & manufacturers.
  • Proficiency in English spoken and written is a must
  • Pro-active & undertake responsibility to complete task ahead of schedule.
  • Effective organization skills
  • A valid drivers license
  • Experienced in handling product inspection technology such as checkweigher, metal detector, X-Ray scanner, track & trace solutions
