About the Role

The Sales Support role is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and documentation support to the sales team.

As Sales Support you will be responsible for key tasks such as:

1. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

2. Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including letters, certifications, partner submissions, and other supporting materials.

3. Support partner and customer workflows, handling documentation, coordinating submissions, and assisting with approval processes.

4. Maintain CRM data accuracy and quality, ensuring customer, opportunity, and activity records are kept fully up to date.

5. Monitor sales team activities, including timely CRM updates and tracking field activities such as FGDs, workshops, and onsite visits.

6. Produce routine sales reports and operational summaries for internal stakeholders.

7. Coordinate administrative workflows across departments for approvals, document routing, and internal communication.

8. Assist with scheduling and coordination, including meetings, internal reviews, and travel-related activities.

9. Process administrative submissions, such as expense claim reports and other internal documents as required.

About You

We are looking for a sales support who can ensure efficient sales processes, accurate CRM data management, timely preparation of sales materials, and effective coordination across internal departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Office Administration, or another relevant field suited to administrative and operational support roles.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or sales operations.

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with the capability to manage documents, schedules, and reporting tasks effectively.

• Excellent command of both English and Indonesian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.

• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in documentation, reporting, and data entry.

• Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners.

• Ability to follow established processes, maintain data standards, and support operational compliance.

• Familiarity with GIS or mining software is beneficial, though not essential.
