Role Objective 

As a Sales Associate, you are the frontline of our revenue engine. Your primary mission is to convert inbound leads into qualified, meeting-ready opportunities — ensuring that only high-quality prospects move forward in our deal pipeline.  You will work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) team and play a critical role in building a strong, healthy sales pipeline.  This is not a passive or administrative role. This is a high-impact, performance-driven position that directly contributes to revenue. 

 

What You Will Do 

1. Lead Engagement & Response 

  • Contact all inbound leads within 24 hours 
  • Engage prospects professionally via phone and digital channels 
  • Build initial trust and create a strong first impression of the Tomazz platform 

2. Seller Qualification 

  • Qualify leads using structured criteria: business type, revenue, profitability, and owner readiness 
  • Distinguish high-quality opportunities from low-quality ones 
  • Ensure only well-qualified leads are passed to the BDM team 

3. Seller Education 

  • Educate potential sellers on the business selling process and Tomazz's platform value 
  • Set clear expectations on next steps and the deal journey ahead 

4. Meeting Conversion 

  • Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers 
  • Follow up and remind leads ahead of confirmed calls to maximize show-up rates 
  • Drive consistent, high-volume outreach — calls, messages, and follow-ups 

5. CRM & Pipeline Management 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records at all times 
  • Track lead status, qualification progress, and handover quality 
  • Uphold strong pipeline hygiene and support clean, structured BDM handovers 

 

What We Are Looking For 

Required 

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development 
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills 
  • Structured and logical thinking, able to qualify and prioritize effectively 
  • High responsiveness and discipline in follow-ups 
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection 
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English 

Preferred 

  • Experience in service-based or B2B sales 
  • Exposure to SME, financial, or business advisory environments 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
