Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Tabanan, Bali. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, manage and expand the client base while fostering strong relationships with both individual and corporate clients. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive initiatives. The Sales Manager will also track trends, evaluate market competition, and ensure revenue and growth targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and business development
  • Strong skills in market analysis, negotiation, and revenue growth
  • Experience with team collaboration and cross-departmental coordination
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry; prior experience in luxury boutique hotels is a plus
  • Proficiency with sales management tools and CRM software
  • Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
