Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar, for a Banquet Sales Assistant Manager. The role involves managing banquet sales operations, meeting event sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing catering sales strategies, planning events, collaborating with clients to meet their unique needs, and providing exceptional customer service. The Banquet Sales Assistant Manager will work closely with the team to ensure the seamless execution of events and drive business success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Experience in Sales Management and Catering Sales to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
• Expertise in Event Planning, including coordinating various aspects of events and ensuring flawless execution.
• Proficient in Sales with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans to generate leads and close deals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to manage operations effectively.
• Familiarity with the hospitality and lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is highly preferred.
