As part of our growth, we are expanding our Key Accounts and Distributor Management team and are looking for a motivated sales manager to strengthen our partnerships with national key accounts and sub-distributors.
Job Description
- Manage and grow relationships with national key accounts (Modern Trade) including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience chains.
- Identify, approach, and secure new sub-distributors and national key accounts to expand market coverage.
- Oversee sub-distributor performance across regions, ensuring sales targets and execution standards are met.
- Develop and implement joint business plans with key customers and distributors.
- Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and marketing agreements in line with company objectives.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and category trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, stock availability, and timely execution.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 35 years of experience in FMCG sales, with strong network and exposure to modern trade and/or sub-distributor management.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Indonesias FMCG retail landscape and distributor ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia for sub-distributor visits and business reviews.
