As the Head of Sales, you will lead and execute the companys sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with key partners in the fintech ecosystem. You will manage and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious targets, while identifying new opportunities for business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build, lead, and mentor the sales team to deliver strong performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment gateways, switching institutions, and other financial partners.
- Drive business development initiatives, including partnerships with merchants, enterprises, and financial institutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (S1) from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong business network within the financial services and fintech industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong business acumen.
