Position: Sales Manager West Indonesia.
Base Working Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Description:
1/ Plan:
- Prospect distributors in the assigned area.
- Develop SOP for cooperation between PSI & Distributors.
- Build quarterly, monthly regional sales (out), distribution plan based on historical performance, marketing initiative, and trade marketing program.
- Propose monthly KPI to each salesforce member to drive focus behind key initiatives.
- Identify sales development opportunities in the assigned region and propose a plan to deploy
- Input to the trade and merchandising plan to enhance in-store visibility.
2/ Do:
- Cascade the target to distributor salesforce (RSM, SPV, SR) during the monthly canvas meeting.
- Join calls with the distributors sales team to coach, motivate, support, and ensure good execution of SOP. Report
- Customer visit to collect market feedback, report with proposed action to address issues, if any.
- Propose monthly sales-in to each branch based on sales out and inventory.
- Train Salesforces newcomers with PSI marketing and product knowledge.
- Coordinate the preparation and deployment of projects between sales, marketing, and trade, such as new product launch, BTL activities
- Other tasks assigned.
3/ Check:
- Daily performance review to identify issues and discuss with the distributors sales team to resolve and report.
- Weekly performance review meeting with the distributors sales team to understand challenges, opportunities, performance evaluation of each sales team member, and propose action plans.
- Verify that the implementation of the selling price and promotion is correct.
- Ensure SFA functionality is suitable to support salesman execution. Report any issue that requires attention and modification.
Requirement:
- Graduated from the University.
- More than 2 years of relevant experience leading the sales team in a similar position within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company with a proven track record.
- In-depth understanding of the local market, competitive landscape.
- Experience in territory management.
- Familiar with sales tech tools (SFA or similar)
