Sales Manager (Exhibition)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our client in the Exhibition industry based in Jakarta. This role requires strong leadership, effective sales strategies, and the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and business partners. Requirements & Competencies:

• Bachelors degree (minimum).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the MICE industry for at least 35 years (5 years preferred).
• Strong professional network and connections.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable appearance.
• Proficiency in foreign languages, at least English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Leadership: ability to lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve company objectives.
• Organizational management: ability to manage schedules, resources, and workflows effectively.
• Creative with strong problem-solving skills to overcome sales challenges.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, make projections, and support decision-making.

Job Description:

Responsible for achieving the companys sales targets (both departmental and individual), developing short-term and long-term strategies, and leading, guiding, and evaluating the sales team to achieve revenue objectives. Other responsibilities include analyzing market data, building, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.
