What You Will Experience:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve sales volume and market share goals in food service industry.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, motivate, coach, and train a team of sales representatives to meet their individual and team sales targets.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure targets are met. Responsible for managing sales initiatives to achieve and support sales target.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, prospects, and channel partners to foster loyalty and drive sales.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behaviour to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Identify sales potential to enlarge market in carton box industry.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and present them to higher management to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production department to plan and produce sales order to support sales goal

What is Required:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably from reputable university.
  • Have related experienced as Sales Manager at least 5 years in FMCG or manufacturing industries expertise in B2B for Food Service business.
  • High achiever and target oriented person.
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Passionate on handling and motivating subordinates
  • Preferable owning a vehicle and willing to mobile, as coverage area
