Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional sales growth, expanding market share, and managing sales operations within the assigned territory. This role leads the sales team, develops strategic dealer partnerships, monitors market trends, and ensures the achievement of business targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers to enhance brand presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitor trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing concise reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with distributors to support pre-sales activities and address technical inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer satisfaction standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Automotive, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong experience in dealer network management and regional sales operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Willing to travel frequently within assigned areas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
