Job Description

1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Account Managers in achieving sales and client satisfaction targets.

2. Ensure each team member understands the company's strategy and digital products such as Omnichannel Contact Center (Customer Service), WhatsApp Business API, and Chatbots.

3. Develop comprehensive sales and account management strategies to increase company revenue.

4. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, with a primary focus on acquiring new customers through proactive, persistent, and highly target-driven execution.

5. Ensure effective implementation of strategies for upselling and cross-selling digital products to clients.

5. Maintain relationships with strategic clients, acting as the primary escalator for complex issues.

6. Lead contract negotiations and long-term partnerships with major clients.

7. Attend client meetings to ensure their business needs are effectively met.

8. Compile team performance reports and analyze KPIs related to sales, client satisfaction, and account growth.
