Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Account Managers in achieving sales and client satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure each team member understands the company's strategy and digital products such as Omnichannel Contact Center (Customer Service), WhatsApp Business API, and Chatbots.
  • Develop comprehensive sales and account management strategies to increase company revenue.
  • This role requires a strong hunter mentality, with a primary focus on acquiring new customers through proactive, persistent, and highly target-driven execution.
  • Ensure effective implementation of strategies for upselling and cross-selling digital products to clients.
  • Maintain relationships with strategic clients, acting as the primary escalator for complex issues.
  • Lead contract negotiations and long-term partnerships with major clients.
  • Attend client meetings to ensure their business needs are effectively met.
  • Compile team performance reports and analyze KPIs related to sales, client satisfaction, and account growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, Engineering (Computer or Telecommunications), or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • B2B sales experience with Large Enterprise exposure as a plus
  • Experience with omnichannel, API (WhatsApp Business API), or chatbot technology.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
  • Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management skills.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Critical thinking and quick and accurate decision-making skills.
