Sales & Key Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, and hospital staff
• Educate clients through maternity talks, hospital classes, and personal consultations
• Support gatekeepers and partners with training and program knowledge
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout pre-to-post sales journey
• Handle lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and referral programs
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach
• Collaborate with Customer Support for escalations and client needs
• Represent the company in hospital events and maternity talks
• Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and client documentation
• Monitor market trends and competitors, and provide strategic feedback

Requirements

• Min. Diploma/Bachelors degree in any field
• 2+ years in Sales, Key Account, or Medical Rep roles (healthcare industry preferred)
• Excellent communication & people skills; confident, warm, and persuasive
• Able to work independently in field-based settings
• Professional appearance, trustworthy, and ethical
• Willing to work on weekends if needed (for events)
• Own vehicle & valid drivers license preferred
