Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales IT Hardware Solution specialist based in Palembang. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting client meetings, delivering product presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires providing training on products, updates, and best sales practices to team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and expertise in Sales Management
• Experience in delivering Training and coaching to team members and clients
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the IT hardware industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
