Role Summary:

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding The Secret Societys presence in Bali by driving new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and delivering revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, charismatic, and has a strong understanding of the Bali market and its vibrant creative ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities across Balis hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, and F&B sectors.
  • Client Relationship Mastery: Build long-term relationships with agencies, hospitality groups, and brand stakeholders through consistent follow-up and value-driven interactions.
  • In-Person Engagement: Regularly meet with clients on-site to nurture trust, conduct venue visits, and co-develop brand activations that align with their objectives.
  • Strategic Activations: Design creative campaign ideas and event activations that not only meet the clients goals but also appeal to high-impact influencers within our network.
  • Pitch Like a Pro: Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that speak the clients language and reflect deep understanding of their brand.
  • Payment & Paper Trail: Collaborate with client-side Accounting or their PIC to track invoicing and ensure timely payments, maintaining organized documentation and a transparent paper trail.
  • Influencer Assignment Support: Work alongside the Virtual Assistant to select and assign influencers based on campaign brief, demographics, platform strength, engagement analytics, and content alignment.
  • Market Trendspotting: Stay ahead of whats trending in Balis creative, social, and brand landscapesbe the first to know whats hot and whats next.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline progress using internal CRM tools.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, launches, and client meetings as the face of The Secret Society in Bali.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in media, marketing, hospitality, or a related creative industry.
  • Strong network within Balis lifestyle, hospitality, and creative sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
