Responsible for managing existing hotel partnerships, generating new leads for hotels & supermarkets, overseeing consignment partnerships in Bali.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Hotel Partner Management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales within hotel partners.
- Manage relationships with existing hotel partners to ensure satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Create and develop new leads focusing on 5-star hotels and resorts in Bali and nationally.
- Conduct regular visits to hotel partners to maintain strong relationships and address any needs or concerns.
2. Sales Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and sales growth across all channels, with a particular focus on hotels.
- Focus on creating and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue and market share.
3. Lead Generation for Supermarkets and Consignment Stores
- Identify and generate new leads for supermarkets stores nationally.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence in these sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities.
4. Supervisions
- Bali supermarket accounts.
- Outside Bali (Jakarta, Lombok, Surabaya) supermarket accounts.
Pay Range: IDR 6.000.000 - 8.000.000 per month
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma 3 (essential)
- 4 years of sales work experience, sales skill referable (essential), preferably in FMCG
- English speaking & writing (essential)
- Bali based
- Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent report writing, communication.
- Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
- Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
- Faster learning ability and passion for sales
- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
- Good presentation skills
