Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales (preferably in hotels, villas, or resorts).
- Strong understanding of China, ASEAN, and Domestic markets within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English (Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- Target-oriented with solid skills in reporting, planning, and market analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, OTAS, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
- Knowledgeable in contracting, rate structures, negotiation, and account management.
- Able to identify market trends and develop new business opportunities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, strong presentation skills, and able to work both independently and in a team.
