Job Description

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and business accounts. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding Atambah's presence in the hospitality and lifestyle sector, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and deeply knowledgeable about beverage products and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and develop relationships with key business clients (hotels, restaurants, bars, event organizers, retailers, and corporate clients).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, client visits, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Provide product education and recommendations to clients, including pairing ideas or menu integration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal products.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, pipelines, and account history.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in beverage, F&B, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets, pipelines, and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of wines, spirits, and beverage categories is a strong advantage (training can be provided).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or activations.
