We are seeking a driven and technically minded Specification Sales Executive to lead our efforts in getting out prefab products and pre-engineered steel buildings specified into projects across Indonesia. This role focuses on building strong relationships with consultants, architects, developers, and EPC contractors to influence project specifications from the early design stage through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Specification & Influence
- Promote our product to consultants, architects, and EPC contractors.
- Secure inclusion of our products in tender documents, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Business Development
- Identify and track upcoming projects in key sectors: industrial, commercial, mining, plantation, utilities, and fire protection.
- Generate qualified leads through proactive engagement with design firms, developers, and engineering consultants.
- Technical & Sales Support
- Deliver technical presentations, lunch & learn sessions, and CPD-style workshops for consultants and clients.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and proposal teams to provide compliant technical submittals and proposals.
- Support tendering and contract negotiations by clarifying technical details.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, product offerings, and pricing trends.
- Report regularly on project pipeline, customer engagement, and specification wins.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Industrial), Architecture, or related field.
- 35 years experience in specification sales, technical sales, or business development in construction, building materials, or water/utility solutions.
- Strong network among consultants, EPCs, developers, and contractors.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with regular client visits across Indonesia.
