About the Customer

Our client is an international software house based in South Jakarta, catering to both Indonesian and international customers. They specialize in website development, custom software development, mobile apps, and ERP solutions (Odoo). With two offices overseas, they have gained an international reputation in Indonesia, APAC and Australia. Their Indonesia office is in Cipete, South Jakarta.

Job Description

As a senior sales executive you willbe actively managing and coordinating internal resources to deliver efficient end-to-end solutions, facilitating a seamless transition from sales to operations. The focus will be on selling ERP solutions (Odoo) to Custom Business Solutions, including Enterprise Software, Mobile Apps, Websites, Outsourcing, and Vertical Solutions. The role requires developing strong internal and external relationships to contribute to the success of customers and to the software house

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or tech-related services.
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology (IT) industry
  • A knowledge in ERP (Odoo) or customizable software would be a plus
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

For this position, the client's budget is between 15.000.000 - 20.000.000/month.
