Minimum Requirement
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as a Sales, Account Manager, or Business Development professional at an IT Vendor, System Integrator, or IT Consulting Firm.
- A strong network and proven experience in selling IT solutions to clients in the Financial Services Sector (Banking, Insurance, etc.)
- Deep understanding of the complex, solution-based B2B sales cycle.
- Understanding and sales experience in one or more of the following solution areas:
- Business Integration Platforms: B2B Integration, Managed File Transfer (MFT), API Management.
- Analytics & Risk Management: Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Risk Management Platforms.
- Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management: Software solutions for project and portfolio management in the construction and engineering industries
- Performance & Budgeting Management: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Budgeting & Planning.
- Financial Solutions: Wealth Management, Core Banking/Insurance solutions.
Required Skills
- Superior negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, with a history of exceeding sales quotas
Nice to Have
Experience in the logistics, mining, or oil & gas sectors is a significant advantage.
