Sales Executive - Villa Management
Job Description: ILOT PROPERTY BALI (SHORT STAY BALI) is a rapidly growing villa management company. We are currently looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maximize villa unit sales through various channels (OTA, Direct Booking, Agent).
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Handling inquiries & bookings (online/offline).
- Conducting villa inspections/showings with clients.
- Maintaining relationships with agents and partners.
- Achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience in Villa Management/Hospitality.
- Fluent in English (Required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Communicative, good negotiator, and good communication skills.
- Willing to work with targets.
- Owns a personal vehicle.
- Resides in Bali.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
