Sales Executive - Villa Management

Job Description: ILOT PROPERTY BALI (SHORT STAY BALI) is a rapidly growing villa management company. We are currently looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maximize villa unit sales through various channels (OTA, Direct Booking, Agent).
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Handling inquiries & bookings (online/offline).
  • Conducting villa inspections/showings with clients.
  • Maintaining relationships with agents and partners.
  • Achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

  • Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience in Villa Management/Hospitality.
    • Fluent in English (Required).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Communicative, good negotiator, and good communication skills.
    • Willing to work with targets.
    • Owns a personal vehicle.
    • Resides in Bali.
    • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
