Job Description

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the printing or packaging manufacturing industry.
Experience in handling custom label or packaging projects from initiation to delivery.
Well-established and relevant professional network.
Excellent communication skills, persuasive, team-oriented, and target-driven.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Well-organized in reporting and documentation.
Ability to conduct market research effectively, especially in Bali markets.
Willin to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.

Job Descriptions

Develop new markets to increase the Company's revenue.
Conduct customer visits.
Analyze customer needs in detail.
Prepare systematic reports on revenue achievements from new markets.
Provide customers with complete and accurate product information.
Negotiate prices, volumes, and terms with customers.
Analyze production timelines and lead times to ensure delivery commitments.
Coordinate with the production and quality divisions regarding the PPOS process.
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of purchase orders.
Monitor and follow up on customer complaints promptly and accurately.
