Sales Executive

Food Process Technology (FPT), a multinational provider of food processing technology with over 22 years of industry experience and a strong presence across 19 countries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, is currently seeking a Sales Executive – Ingredients to join our growing team in Indonesia Representative Office.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in food technology or ingredients who are passionate about business development, client relationship management, and market-driven solutions.

• Develop and manage sales activities for food ingredients in accordance with company objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical explanations to customers in collaboration with internal teams
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support sales strategy
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review
• Participate in exhibitions, meetings, and customer visits as required

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field
• Experience in sales within the food processing or ingredients sector is an advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and target achievement skills
• Experience in business development and client relationship management
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred
