The Sales Executive is responsible for carrying out direct sales activities with customers to achieve established targets. This position aims to increase sales, expand the customer network, and maintain good customer relationships in accordance with company standards.
Job Descriptions:
- Acquire and develop new clients
- Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
- Create and present attractive business proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Provide daily and weekly progress reports
- Stay updated on commodity trends and the logistics industry
- Continuously develop product and service knowledge
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Open to Senior High School / Vocational School graduates (SMA/SMK) with 12 years of experience in B2B or related fields
- Strong interest in Business Development / Sales
- Willing to fully participate in the 3-months program
- Possess skills in leadership, data analysis, and marketing
- Willing to work in Jakarta & Banten (South Jakarta, South Tangerang, City of Tangerang, and Serang) and West Java (Bandung, Cirebon, Karawang, Purwakarta).
- Can speak in Mandarin will be added point.
