Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to jumpstart their career in sales and be part of a fast-growing company in the alcohol industry. The role will involve an array of activities including order taking and fulfillment through various platforms, developing sales promotions, collaborate with partners in organizing events, and other customer marketing initiatives. The goal is to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and helpful manner, engage them by demonstrating a high level of understanding of alcohol categories and products, and build customer awareness and affinity.
Key Responsibilities
- Process multi-channel customer inquiries and orders, across Whatsapp, Tokopedia, our own website, email, telephone etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their requirements.
- Create sales promotions and campaigns to help drive sales.
- Manage administrative tasks related to orders, eg. inputting sales orders in POS software, communicating special requests to our warehouse team to ensure timely delivery
- Assist accounts staff with tracking and settlement of payments and accounts receivables.
- Order goods from suppliers as per customer needs, and also to help maintain stock at appropriate levels.
- Liaise with partners (suppliers, brands principals) to create or support promotional events (i.e. wine tastings, new product launches etc)
- Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- Professional with a passion for sales & marketing, self-motivated and keen to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good math skills for basic accounting purposes (eg. margin calculations, price setting).
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and the industry is advantageous
- Good command of both English & Bahasa languages (spoken & written).
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a sales & marketing role
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing related fields.
