Purpose:

Co-responsible for Travel Agent individual sales, all-channel group business and its operations for Club Med Indonesia supporting the Commercial Team.

He/she will be reporting to Sales Manager - Indonesia

Missions & Responsibilities:

  • Co-responsible mainly for Group Business from all channels & supporting Travel Agent FIT sales, for Club Med Indonesia
  • Sales administrative matters for the Indonesia commercial team for FIT and/or GROUP business
  • Support any ad hoc activities organized by the Indonesia commercial team
  • Responsible for compliance with Club Med sales processes

Tasks:

  1. Prepare standard quotations, proposals & contracts for group sales
  2. Data entry of enquiries, sales leads, opportunities & accounts into Salesforce and retrieve weekly reports to Director of Sales
  3. Work closely with relevant resort departments to ensure that all clients requests are met
  4. Prepare Group Information Files for upcoming group departures from Indonesia
  5. Responsible for room and ferry/flight reservation details, as well as any post-stay documents for confirmed groups
  6. Make courtesy calls and sales calls when necessary
  7. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and/or emails
  8. Implement process compliance and initiate improvement whenever necessary, such as contract signatory, invoice and payment and others as requested
  9. Maintain personal image and emotional competence to manage self and team at the workplace
  10. Manage key Travel Agency accounts to ensure maximum partner satisfaction and continued growth as per assignment of Sales Managers and Director
  11. Arrange for inspection and conducts inspection with clients whenever required
  12. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, travel fairs and special projects with the Commercial Sales Team
  13. Support the Sales Managers and Director to prepare reports, materials, agreements and presentations when required
  14. Assist the Singapore commercial team in any other sales administrative operations as required

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Diploma in Hotel Management and/or Sales & Marketing Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in hospitality
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools and knowledge of SalesForce is an advantage
  • Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Demonstrates customer development and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in sales administrative matters
