Job Description:

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Sales Executive based in Bandung, Indonesia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets across all Altima Group brands.

Responsibilities include developing networks within the corporate sector, event organizers, hotels, and other business communities; initiating partnerships and collaborations; conducting market research; preparing sales reports; and collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction. The Sales Executive is expected to be proactive, willing to work in a mobile capacity, and confident in developing business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus)
  • Strong network within the corporate sector, event organizers, hotels, or other business communities
  • Experience in building partnerships and managing business clients
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve targets
  • Confident, communicative, and possessing strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in seeking new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to work in a mobile
