Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Surabaya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer inquiries, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues and support the sales process.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a technical background
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
