Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise during the sales process and provide after sales service, building relationships with clients, and ensuring an in-depth understanding of client needs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales team, giving technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, offering technical support, and participating in the development of solutions that meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering, including designing and recommending technical solutions
- Strong Communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Background in Sales and Customer Service to build client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Pharmacist, Geologist
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
- Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
