Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Jabodetabek. The Sales Engineer will focus on providing technical support to clients, assisting in solution implementation, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, proposing appropriate technical solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role also involves regular client visits, presentations, and performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to propose technical solutions tailored to client requirements
• Technical Support expertise to address and resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships
• Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in industrial batteries or related industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian is preferred, with the ability to present and communicate effectively
