Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pekanbaru for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and driving the sales process to meet business objectives. Daily tasks include collaborating with the sales team to close deals, delivering technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing customer inquiries to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and requirements
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
- A technical or engineering degree is preferred
- Previous experience in the machinery or related industry is an advantage
