Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Engineer at Eforel Citra Utama, based in Surabaya. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and offering product recommendations. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering technical support, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on the latest trends in industrial automation and related technologies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Engineering to provide suitable product solutions.
  • Proficiency in Sales to develop client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including listening, presenting, and relationship management.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Relevant experience in industrial automation, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
