About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and result-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at SingleInterface. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting business growth through strategic outbound prospecting activities.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Sales Development / Business Development, understands the end-to-end SDR function, and is confident in executing cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. We are looking for someone who is highly communicative, target-oriented, and passionate about building meaningful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities.
- Conduct cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods to engage potential clients.
- Identify and research target accounts, key decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and assess business needs to determine fit with SingleInterface solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate sales opportunities for the Sales team.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Operations) to support business growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Consistently achieve outreach, meeting, and pipeline generation targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of working experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or related outbound sales roles.
- Strong understanding of the SDR process and outbound sales methodologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and handling objections professionally.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building capabilities.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Hands-on experience in:
- Cold calling
- Cold emailing
- LinkedIn prospecting / social selling
- Lead qualification
- Appointment setting
- Pipeline generation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, technology, or advertising industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and consultative selling approaches.
- Experience handling enterprise or multi-location brands is advantageous.
- Previous experience in outbound sales and lead generation for enterprise accounts is preferred.
