Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with obstetricians, pediatricians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
Consultation and Education:Conduct informative client consultations, providing accurate and comprehensive details about cord blood banking and maternal health services.
Lead Monitoring:Track and manage leads and client visits daily, following up consistently to meet enrollment and conversion targets.
Event Support:Assist in organizing and participating in maternity and hospital-related events, including client talks, seminars, and educational sessions.
Customer Support:Address customer inquiries promptly, escalating concerns to the appropriate departments as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
Reporting & Feedback:Prepare and submit detailed reports, feedback, and competitive insights to supervisors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in healthcare or life sciences).
Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, with preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical industries.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with doctors, clients, and medical staff.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a cross-functional team environment.
Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, or outside standard hours when required.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
Possession of a valid drivers license and own vehicle.
