Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Java, Indonesia, for a Sales Consultant at BMW Astra. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for presenting and promoting BMW vehicles to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and meet customer needs
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build long-term client relationships
• Excellent Communication abilities to present products effectively and address customer inquiries
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry; experience with premium automotive brands is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
